Payment Made? Account On Stop Service/Suspended

If you have made a payment and find that your account is on stop service/suspended this may occur if the payment has not been processed/cleared by the financial institutions involved. Clients should always ensure that any payment is made with the time needed for your financial institution to process the cleared payment to our financial institution. Understandably we are unable to be held responsible for any delays in processing delays by other parties. If you believe that your payment has been made with an appropriate amount of time allowed then please open a ticket for Accounts detailing the following: Date Paid: Amount Paid: Your Financial Institution: Invoice #: and a copy of your transaction receipt. and we will investigate asap.
