To request support from one of our cPanel Support please complete the following steps: (please check the Knowledgebase - available FREE - prior to proceeding here)
If you have already used the login to the Client Area go to step 3
1) Go to the Client Area
2) Login using you username and password
3) Click on Open Support Tickets (Submit Ticket)
4) Select the type of support - cPanel or eShop
5) Complete your request in the ticket making a note of the ticket # ensuring that your contact # is the same as in your Client Profile.
Please ensure that you provide exact details of your request as insuffecient information may cause delays.
6) Return here and click this payment link and make your payment

What happens next:

The professional will check the Ticket, prepare a response and contact the specified number.
