Pointing (url forwarding) is pointing one domain name to another and is handled via your domain registrar. One domain name is pointed to the url of another, e.g. domain.net is pointed to: domain.com.

Parking one domain on another is handled by your web host where domain.net has the same name servers as the main domain and the webhost parks the domain.net on top of the domain.com

Because our clients should have their domain/s all registered via our domain registration service (using our name servers) either of the above are simple to achieve.
