For continuity of communications, we require that the email address you register with us in "My Details" as your main email address is the one provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Please do not use Free email address because it is not unusual that these will be lost "in cyberspace", or blocked by your ISP, see the Knowledgebase article on Free email addresses.

We do not allow email addresses of another domain as communication difficulties may occur if for any reason the domain is unreachable -- due to a domain name issues, transaction failure etc etc and the domain is unavailable then the email address for all correspondence is also unavailable.
