As per our Terms, for Security reasons we do not allow Clients to use a shared hosting package that is not directly linked to a registered Domain Name. Please ensure that when ordering a shared hosting package that the domain name nominated in conjunction with the Package is either a) already registered or b) is purchased during the order process.

If you have an existing domain name then the nameservers must be changed to point to the nameservers associated with the hosting package. Nameserver information will be provided in your Welcome letter.
