If you are paying for services using a Preapproved or Subscription basis and no longer require the service you are required to open a Support Ticket and advise us of your decision plus you are required to visist the 3rd Party Processors site and cancel the subscription, e.g.: Paypal.
Our Policy does not allow us to cancel subscriptions for clients.
