Support cPanel

To request support from one of our cPanel Support please complete the following steps: (please check the Knowledgebase - available FREE - prior to proceeding here)
If you have already used the login to the Client Area go to step 3
1) Go to the Client Area
2) Login using you username and password
3) Click on Open Support Tickets (Submit Ticket)
4) Select the type of support - cPanel or eShop
5) Complete your request in the ticket making a note of the ticket #. Please ensure that you provide exact details of your request as insuffecient information may cause delays and additional fees.

What happens next:

The professional will check the Ticket and commence work and send you an email when completed.
