If you receive an error message with your package or the package is not operating correctly please ensure you complete the following steps and advise us of the information requested in your Support Ticket so our staff may assist:
1) Check the Server Status - if any services are temporarily down we already know and technical staff are working on the issue and the service will be resumed asap.
2) If you receive an error performing a task on your site, e.g. database error please copy and paste the url and the error message to the Support Ticket you open - if you do not provide the information requested delays will occur as staff are unable to assist as effectively as possible until this information is provided.
