If your hosting package has the added feature "Add On Domain" please ensure that the domain name you are wanting to add to your package has the correct DNS, please allow up to 72 hours after the correct DNS has been set for the domain to propogate correctly. If you try to add the domain to your package before it has propogated the the system will not allow the domain to be added.
