What happens when I order?
When you order a SupplyLink site design package, we will ask you to fill out a short form to help us learn about your design preferences and your business (or site purpose).
To complete your site we will need to obtain the following
information and data from you:
- The titles of the pages you require.
- The text for each of the pages (save the text as a .txt file)
- Any images that you wish used. These should be supplied in
electronic format. Of course, we will provide all the images if that is what you want.
- Details of any form that you require, the questions and if the
results have multiple options then these choices.
- The email addresses you require
- The font, colour and size you require
- The colour of the pages
- Background images if any
- Any other information you believe relevant
You can send the above material to us by email. It is very easy to do this - all you have to do is attach the graphics to a normal email and send to us. We do recommend that the file size is kept under 1 meg as many email programs do not like files any larger.
Once we have everything we need, we will build the 'draft-version' of your site and put it online (at a
secure location) so that you can see it and comment on it. Once we have agreed on the final look and feel of your site, we will complete the
design process and put the final version back on the Web for your
approval.
Terms for our web design process are 50% deposit upon placement
of order with the balance payable prior to publication of your site.
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or Bankcard). Please note that your site will not be
viewable by the public until the amount due is paid in full.
